The title says it all ,but here's the message I sent to the PlayNC tech support "I recently decided to buy the Guild Wars: Factions game serial for my normal Guild Wars: Prophecies account. When I went on to PlayNC to buy it I went throught the authorization steps for my debit card bought the game and after getting the serial was asked to make a new account. I being the ditz that I am believed that making this account was just another pain in the butt process until I got the key. Thinking that the one they gave me was merely one I needed until I got my real one via e-mail, I went ahead and created the account. As soon as I was done with the account set-up process I realized I had made a horrible mistake and created an entirely new Guild Wars account all together. Now my Guild Wars: Prophecies and Guild Wars: Factions accounts are now on two entirely seperate Guild Wars accounts and now I will not be able to play Factions as I normally should be able to. I believe that I payed $50 for each set of the Guild Wars universe and should be able to play accordingly, and I would be much abliged if I could receive any help transfering my access key from the new misakenly made account (****@****.com) to my normal Guild Wars account (********@****.com). I'm willing to provide any personal information that may be needed to verify my identity. Thanks in advance for the help." If anyone here knows the answer to my problem and would be willing to help me out, I'm sure it would be 10x faster than doing it through PlayNC's email tech support. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure that it's not going to happen, sadly. Mergers of two separate accounts have never been done to my knowledge. In fact, it's always been said that they simply weren't possible to do. Of course, it was also said that additional character slots weren't possible, but at the time that was said, it may not have been.
In short, I think you're boned. Sorry...

COME ON!!!! there has gotta be a way! i mean, Hell..shelling out another 50 bucks for what? i am having the same problem, Guild Wars throwing at me: Code=103. that Access Key is already in Use. There has GOTTA be a way to combine both!:huh:

As far as I know they won't merge accounts, that said I think the best option is to contact support... which is what you already did. Just hope for the best.
I seem to recall that suppport has been able to merge brand new accounts like this. That is, if no characters were created on the account created incorrectly.
But I heard it through third hand information, so it shouldn't be relied on at all.
The short story is that the only ones who are going to be able to help at all are the people in support. There's no way for normal players to do this sort of merge.
Merging isn't going to happen through us. Say a prayer, and heckle NC Support about it. Good luck.
