Collector's Shields +30 hp

Does anyone know where I can find one with -2dmg (stance) and one with -5dmg (20%)? Cheers

Any collector shields which have -2 dmg (While in a stance) have no unsituational health bonus. All of them require you to be in a stance or enchanted for +45 Health. For Received damage -5 (20%), there's 2 collectors in Factions that give it. One called Healer Silja in Vasburg Armory and Maddison in Breaker Hollow.
