Dyeing Paragon armor

Yeah, I know dyeing the armor on a PVP-only is a waste, but after fiddling around with the armor dyes in the PVP creation screen, I decided I wanted to try silver on Paragon armor.

I'm not sure if it's my video card (it's less than a year old), or Anet just hasn't finished the rendering yet, but maaaaan, that silver looks like cheap plastic. :shocked:

With my warrior's armor, often the silver looks like plastic until I take a screenshot. But this is obviously a screenshot... and you're right, it does look like plastic.

Yeah, it does give that impression. But, in all honesty, it doesn't look very metallic even in its base colour, in my opinion.

That looks like grey plastic, yeah. :(

I personally like the gold (plain yellow) colour, but will try silver on some Paragon armours when Nightfall comes out... just not on that one. :P

Paragon armor always looks like plastic...
