So, after nightfall release I bet u guys will level a Dervish to 20. which secondary professions u guys think is the best for leveling then?:grin:

i will probably be taking monk...

I nearly always on any class ive played used primary pure builds with the exception of rez.

Finding most PuGs on relase a nightmare - taking a permenant rez is a must in most situations =)

Yes i would go monk until 20, you can't always blame pugs for dieing on new missions once out. Remember minister cho's estate? We all died :P Still a lot of times pugs do suck, and when you do hench you should have a hard rez

im undecided between

/W (tactics and unlinken attacks like drunken blow (aoe conditions, ftw :-] ) and fleeting stability)

and

/Mo (because of reversal of fortune as energy management :] and hard res ofcourse )

remember if you have both factions and prophecies you can use drunken and desperation blow. Might as well throw a thrill of victory in there too right?

I was going to go D/N to start off with for Plague Touch along with Wearying Strike, though after taking a second look at the new Monk skills I'm thinking Dismiss Condition could be a good option as well.

Im going to go D/Mo so I have then enchantments for the + dammage! worked quite well for me in the world preview

Well... if you are talking about the CoP spike... it was pretty much "toastish" I'm pretty sure it still works but since I don't have a Dervish...

Altho.. I would still take monk for a hard res. :wink:

I took Paragon secondary for the skill unlocks. Some of the leadership skills actually mesh pretty well with the Dervish as well.

My Dervish too is going on this direction for now. THE promising skill would be Signet of Mystic Wrath - awesome damage/complement with the profession's numerous enchantments.

Target foe takes 5...29 holy damage for each Enchantment on you (maximum 130 holy damage).

Ah... skill unlocks don't matter. You can just change your profession whenever you want, remember?

D/e ebon and enchanting mods on the Scythe this build is a tanker and pure dmger! not sure about attributes distributions

Heart of Fury
For 5-17 seconds, you attack 33% faster. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes are set on fire for 1-3 seconds. 10 energy cost Mysticism Enchantment

Chilling Victory
If it hits, this attack strikes for + 5-20 damage. Whenever it hits a foe who has less Health than you, all adjacent foes are struck for + 5-50 cold damage. 15 energy cost Scythe Mastery Scythe Attack

Professional Changer to unlock profession than hit "K" and swap between professions whenever you want in every town and outpost.
