Ok that would actually be funny but Anet seems to be a stickler for spelling. I haven't noticed to many typo's in game, feel free to correct me and add to the humor of this thread.

By using this shout you have just admitted that your going to be in serious pain. If you where going to die your are instead left with (enter number) health and all skills are disabled for (enter number) seconds. Further you are now dumbfounded and all skills take x1.5 times longer to activate for 30 seconds.

15e, 15 (Leadership)
The dreaded agency of paper and doom have come and you take on there mantle. All foes within earshout recieve -1 health and -1 energy degen for (enter number). Also in the mad scramble to hide there ill gotten loot targets move (enter number) percent faster but have a (enter number) percent chance of missing there target.

"BY THE FIVE ITS THE IN-LAWS"
Elite Shout 25e, 60 sec (Motivation)
You now move 33 percent faster and have a (enter number) percent to evade attacks. While moving target cannot be subject to spells. This shout ends if the user uses any shouts, chants or echos.

Elite Shout. For 5...15 seconds you and your party freeze at your current locations. While dumbfounded like this your armor value drops to 0, your skills are disabled and you're unable to attack. When Hey, This Isn't Where I Parked My Car ends you black out and wake up in the nearest outpost.
