This is a skill i discovered from looking over the skill list, and wish I had thought of unlocking for the nightfall preview event, where I found myself strapped for really good spear attacks.
Blazing Spear 7 adrenaline
Spear Attack. If this attack hits, it deals +5...25 damage and sets target foe on fire for 1...3 second(s).
This is a quite nasty spear attack, doing up to 67 damage once the burning has run it's course, capping out at 3 seconds of burning. And that is not including the damage of your spear itself, and any possible critical hit.
Hmm, could it be feasible to emulate it with Mark of Rodgort and using the Fiery Sunspear that you get as a preorder item, and actually getting good use out of the +5 energy to help fuel Mark of Rodgort to really put the hurt on foes? Then you could also use the ele energy glyphs to reduce the expensive cost of the hex, and perhaps even add conjure flame to the mix for added damage.
