I use one sup the majority of the time, but imo any competitive GvG monk should be using a PvE char, and have the option to swap once they see they are against a spike of some kind. However, I would rarely dare to use two superiors.

I generally use 0-2 majors and 0-1 superiors. Have several switches on all the chars I pvp with, especially monks.
