Paragon skill changes (not announced)

Heya. A lot of Dervish skills were changed, a lot of em renamed as well. I assume it's the same with Paragon. Since im a bit short with time, would be cool if someone could compile a list of skill changes. Ty. Or just mention them as you notice it.

Aggressive Refrain is now tied to the attribute so its not 20 all the time, so it basically blows and screws the entire build of heroes I created and planned on using in NF.

Blazing Spear got nerfed. At 12attrib does +17dmg now (was +25).
