That's Ancient armor from Bone Palace. It costs 10k per peice, with normal materials. No rubies, or shards, or anything.

It's also specifically male Dervish armor.

where is Bone Palace located in relations to Yohlon Haven, which is right after the noob island.

Your a quite a ways off. Just progress through the story and you'll get there in due time :)

i was trying not to waste materials and money on regular armor if i didn't have to...thanks for the help.

You wont be able to afford it anyways, with a total crafting cost of 50k + materials.
