View Full Version : Fault in invoke lightnings animation?

Wording of the spell basically leaves it the same as chain lightning without the exhaustion. However when the spell is cast you see alot more than three targets light up with the animation. But as the wording says it only hits 3 targets.

So the wording isnt a problem ( I still dont think chain lightning with a conditional non-exhaustion is really elite worthy ) but the animation kinda makes you think the spell is supposed to chain continuously untill there are no more targets within range that havent already been hit. Maybe the spells animation is just to throw off monks as to whom theyre supposed to heal :laugh: ya know those great monks who dont ever have the party window open.

Yeah I wanted to try heroway Air Spikes in Nameless and the animation seemed to chain to every single thing that was close, although the skill works correctly (hitting the target and two nearby targets), the animation shows it chaining to everything until there's nothing left nearby.
