I would personally give up on a large aspect of the spike potential and take some more pressuring skills instead. This season started off spike-heavy, so many teams carry hard counters now. The axe warrior can be changed to a hammer with KD chain or a RaO thumper. The spike skills on the necros can also be changed - you could use a copy of Suffering in the build. Necro5 could also use some extra energy management, perhaps from the inspiration line?
Consider Signet of Humility on the Mesmer, and possibly Mantra of Inscriptions too. There are a few popular hex builds going around, so many teams take a copy of Divert Hexes on a monk now. Being able to remove three hexes every 5 seconds is potentially gamebreaking.
Dark Escape instead of Return on monk7 - you need spike resistance.
The Bull's Charge warrior build could probably use a little tweaking - perhaps taking Rush instead of S&M. Also consider changing to a You're All Alone! warrior, in order to shut down flag control, gank, or slow down enemy ganks. Ganks are not overpopular this season, but counters are always useful. The fact that Hex builds tend to suffer in the lategame also makes a gank useful - since many teams have multiple AoE skills such as Spiritual Pain.

For some reason I get the feeling that Bull's Charge with "On your knees!" could be amazing.

possibly turn your flagger air/water just put enough points in air to make djinn's haste make you have boost 100% of the time.

you could put something like silverwing slash over sever artery since you dont have a gash. you might want more e management on the hexy draw, ive played that build before, i was able to keep conjure phantasm and images of remorse on 4 targets 24/7 because i had a lot of energy management, it will still work without the e management but you probably wont get degen on as much targets. i would put in a power drain or energy tap in over distortion and/or sig of humility. then one of the monks should have guardian and the other with dismiss condition, thats about it

distortion and mantra of inscriptions on the same bar is asking for trouble, add some sort of energy managment (power drain or drain enchant) or draw for distortion to insure you don't cancel inscriptions with distortion and lose the 100% elite lockdown.

you'd be better of running gash instead of sun and moon on the bulls charge

you might wanna look into some form of energy management on the nec/mes, prob by dropping the spike potential from shadow strike and increasing soul reaping, you could then add reapers mark and faintheartedness for more degen

having both vocal minority and ulcerous lungs seems kinda redundant because a paragon that can't use shouts b/c of vocal minority wouldn't be affected by ulcerous lungs but having both would definetly help vs the "fear me" steady stance builds, just depends on w/e you've been facing more of when you gvg

and a 15 damage scourage isn't gonna do much, the atts need to be retooled on that nec
