Okay i know i am reposting but the last thread turned into a flame war over weather we should be able to get every hat for every char or not... My question request is quite different. I would like to be able to turn cc shards into holiday hats (like in dragon festival). Beacause just like with the forth of july there are gonna be alot of peeps out of town or gone for the day like myself. And we though we have waited patiently the whole way for the finaly are not gonna be able to get the best item (besides the ccs ;p). So does anyone else agree with me that a npc would be perfect? Also though i do not want this for myself (only want a couple hats) those who want a bazzilion hats could get them.
