Does anyone have the any idea when Anet re-draws the battle lines for AB?
Starting to think its all rigged now. We were on Grenths *AGAIN* yesterday the entire day. Wins or loses do not seem to influence map changes anymore (if they ever did that is). Playing same map for 6 hours = boring.

Yeah that is why I was asking I started to play AB again and I thought it was re-drawn every 3-4 hours but as I was looking it didnt seem like there was any change.

I believe the wins and lose don't make a diffrence. However in a past update they said something about changing the map every 3 hours going from luxon to kurzick deep territory and back again. This explains you fought on the same map for 6 hours since 3 hours grenz, then 3 hours ancenstral lands then grenz again. I believe it is 3 hours every map changes but I could be wrong. Anyway it changes at a regular basis.

I only enter AB when we're on Grenz Frontier, that's the quickest way to get faction, on most other maps kurzick loses half or most of the time...
This situation with the map lines is better than initially, when it never got anywhere other than saltspray (the only unbiased map) and etnaran keys. But right now it seems to be on grenz frontier uncommonly often, to those who play in EU afternoons. This has got to be even more boring for those who play on the luxon side to play consistently on a rigged map, and this is reflected in that it frequently takes 10 minutes to find some poor saps willing to play.
According to the last changes done (which supposedly give an advantage to whomever 'won' the last change), why not make it so that if consistently noone is fighting on the other side, the map moves anyway. Of course if they did that it'd probably end up on saltspray again 80% of the time and that's not a whole lot better. Perhaps give more faction for winning when in enemy territory (150 or 300 bonus depending if grenz/etnaran or ancestral/kaanai). People don't like to turn up when they're just going to get killed and get not much for it. I love AB, but I think it could be improved somewhat.
If I recall correctly the wins/losses are calculated on 3 hour intervals, but that just changes the map battle line configuration. For many of those configurations (durheim past vasburg) the AB map is grenz or on the luxon side, etnaran. So, it can go for something 9 straight hours of constant wins (3hr of which is waiting to be sent in) before you get from grenz to saltspray. Then the good luxon teams come out and though the map may swing into etnaran and kaanai, by morning it's back on grenz or ancestral lands.
