I went Radiant with everything except the chest-piece, where I have +10 armor. Just seemed good to have a little extra protection in the area where you're most likely to get hit.

I usually run with a full + health kit, I don't really get hit alot and there are times where having much hp saved my life.

I like to use Nightstalkers on my chest and sometimes legs, and radient (usually) and/or survivor on the rest.

I usually change it up, depending on what it is that I need. If I need more energy for a certain build, then full radiant, if I have a good energy managing build, then I'll do survivor. But usually its a little mix, like survivor on chest, legs and arms, radiant on legs and head.

Full nightstalker's for me (with a radiant mask, because I had it before armour update).

Health armor with energy daggers is apparently what top GvG sins run. Whether that's the best setup is open to debate.

In PvP, full health + energy mods on daggers, in combination with vitae, sup vigor and of fortitude or of enchanting. I don't use sups so I normally have around 550-600 hp, making me unspikeable by most common solo spikers (mwuhahaha).

Radiant's Mask (Energy)
Saboteur's Body (+10 vs Physical, 10+ vs Slashing)
Survivor's Leggings (Health)
Radiant's Gloves (Energy)
Radiant's Boots (Energy)

+5 energy daggers? wouldn't 15^50 be better for damage?

I like health mods on my chest and legs, radiant everything else. That normally puts me at 515 health and 28 energy with my setup.

as for the 15^50 v +5e debate, it's been a long going battle over which is more effective seeing as most of the damage you do with your daggers in bonus damage from skills. If the extra +15% only effects your weapon's base damage and you're only doing 3-4 damage with your normal attacks it doesn't seem like much a boost, in which case an extra 5 energy would be more useful.

I personally have not tested this and thus I do not know for a fact that the +15% damage bonus does not effect bonus damage.

15^50 only applies to base damage, not bonus damage. If it applied to bonus damage, it would be no contest: 15^50 would be the best modifier hands down.

what do you mean as in bonus damage? is it like.. vampiric or conjure frost, flame, or lightning or critical strikes?

Bonus damage from attack skills. 15^50 is the way to go, because you'll want all the damage you can get, since you'll most likely be running all minor runes. I use +health armor in pvp if I have critical strikes up to 13 or I'm using zealous daggers.

Of course, if you're concerned with pve, +5 energy daggers with nightstalkers would be the way to go imo, but I just use my +health pvp armor.

Actually, 15^50 only effects the base damage, which is tiny for assassins, +5 Energy + 20% more damage from customisation is better in my opinion.

Besides the obvious: take both, 5 energy makes you far less energy dependant and allows for more leeway concerning energy which is great. As by far the majority of your damage is +damage from your attack skills, the 15^50 mod isn't as important, only giving 2-3 more dmg per hit which is mwuh, negligible. Won't save or kill a spike.

A thread (http://guildwars.incgamers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=452614) came up about this in the PvP forum a couple of weeks ago. For 14 dagger and 13 CS, you'll have an average of 4 extra damage per hit vs a 60 AL target. That's slightly better than vamp, without the degen.

Add in the fact that a lot of assassin combos are 6 hits (2 off, 2 duals), that's an average of 24 extra damage on the spike. Nothing to sneeze at.

Bring 15^50 and switch to +5e if you get DP'd imo.
