Legendary Snowman Farmer

The title would be another fitting name for the Dwarven EotN title track. After a long night of grinding snowmen I finally managed to max the title, so the only right thing to do is to show off my achievement (and to show off the fact that I have no life). I'll probably be having nightmares of snowmen tonight, but at least I'll never have to go to that dreaded place again now .

The title also comes with its own Hall of Monuments statue which is a nice little statue of King Jalis Ironhammer. Another reward is that now the dwarves have different speech when I talk to them (different from the rank 5 speech even). They now say "You are a hero among the dwarves" and "huzzah, human!" among other things. It's pretty darn nice of Anet to reward my grinding spree with that little unexpected detail. :grin:

I was farming the snowmen yesterday too, but I had nowhere near the patience to make it that far.
So I suppose now that you're done, you can do it for me too, eh?

I'm never going back to that place again!

Anyway, I managed to boost my rank up to 8 by handing in a completed hero's handbook. Then I defeated the Great Destroyer in hard mode which boosted my rank up to 9. After that I only had 50k more points to farm in the snowman dungeon, which I did. It was hell, but at least it will be easier to do the destroyer storyline missions in hard mode now to get the other titles.

That's one of the things I like about these titles: every increase in rank makes it easier to acquire the other ones.
