the idea is simple.
1st warrior and BA ranger are able to split and do a gank on enemy base.
cripshot can used to slow down enemy runner.
hardres on b-surger.

You need enchant removal of some kind, but you've basically taken the standard balance template and swapped in a ranger for a mesmer. Maybe shellshock over orb since it's going to be pewpew on the standteam.

[Reverse Vision]

Shell Shock + Body Blow + Mending.
Too hard for me to improve anything :S
