GW2 not as good as GW1? Wha Happen!!

I know, I know, but someone had to start this thread, and I figured I'd preempt all the whiner at the other forum.

So on topic: What do you think the whiners will start complaining about first? When GW2 hits the shelf?

(Note, the fact that we know virtually nothing about GW2 makes speculation that much easier.)

Not enough crafting options
The PvP is ****
PvE is too hard
PvE is too easy
All professions have self healing; monks are not needed
Monks are still needed in every group
Support professions phased out completely
There are too much weight on support professions
Minion masters don't work anymore (met with 30ish replies "MMs are just fine")
Not enough quests/confusing storyline
Races make the game boring/unbalanced/great (pick two of these).
Persistent world implemented incorrectly somehow
ANet ruined the lore
etc.

Lag, grind, my video card can't handle the graphics and balanced play. They'll probably complain about alot more but I don't think I can fit that many whines and complaints in the post.

Eventually companies are going to start paying more attention to the different communities, just look at http://www.idsoftware.com/

Sure it is a market that most are not willing to take advantage of, but that just leaves it wide open for companies to come along and grab up the market.

As more and more people wake up to how stupid windows is the market for linux and macs will only grow.

You went ahead with GW2, but you didn't fix the problems, why didn't you listen too me, it should have been a fresh start, instead you did exactly what I told you not to do.


You should have told us you were doing this with GW2, it's not what we wanted, I'll never trust you again, and I speak for the community: The community will never trust you again. We should have known what you were trying to do so we could have told you to stop, before you screwed everything up.


Being a self appointed spokesman for everyone else, and having more experience than a "God amongst mortals" I know the game better than even you do, so don't pretend you know what you are doing, because you don't. You didn't listen to me so now I'm going to post "The Greatest Raving Wall of Text" ever conceived. I want you children to sit down in the corner and think about what you've done. As a self-anointed spokesman, and only Representative of the Elite and Most Knowledgeable, "even more knowledgeable than my own experience will allow" I have never seen someone so miserably miss the bull's-eye.
