want to play again ..but

i played a couple of years ago and i decided to play again today to prepare for GW2 so i dusted of the box and installed

As i couldnt remember any of my old 2 year info such as account/passowrd(after a few basic ones i use to use) ..i tryed to make another account but it remembers the key code from over 2 years ago even though its not been played :(

I have the key code but not my log in info ...any ideas what to do anyone.
I ve changed i.s.p. a few times since then to make matters worse

and e mail support explaining the problem if you have your original keycode they will give you your log in info. It will take probably till Monday though.

For some other time you might wanna keep such information a place where you know you'll have it and it's safe from strangers. You never know if you'll need old account info for some weird reason years later on.
