My normal teamsetup in EotN so far was:
Me: Domi / CoP cookiecutter as in HM
Gwen (replaced Norgu, because I'm a sexist): Frustration, Inepti, Power Return, Cry of Frust, PDrain, Leech Sig, Res Chant
MoW: SS+BR+Enfeebling Blood (as in HM)
Olias: Minionbomber (as in HM)
Mhenlo, Lina, Eve, Herta.

I'd rate this teamsetup A++. Nothing is really lifethreatening when Gwen can keep the ele bosses interrupted, the warriors blinded, ...

Impressions from the EotN open beta week

EotN has been released for... what? 2 months? 3 months?... well, for a while now, but they never did an open beta weekend for whatever stupid reasons. The only people allowed in were those who had preordered the expansion.

Personally, I think that the marketing team should be fired for this stunt - given anets really stupid decisions in the last 2 years, I was one of those that wouldn't buy anything from anet before having a ...

Well, after the untimely death of that warrior (never never ever team up with some PUGster lowbie, Lytha you dumbhead!), I deleted her and made another Tyrian ele.

Level 14 and just arrived at Beacon's Perch so far (explored everything but Deldrimor Bowl & bits of Northern Wall so far).

I'm doing it in the extreme survivor manner so far:

Riiiight. Reached Gates of Kryta. Some E/Me level 9 asked kindly to be let into the team. Despite my precognition, I allowed him in. He wasn't doing the stupid **** (except trying to arc echo meteor shower at his small amount of Estorage, I guess), it was me.

I died at the first 2 mobs, tried to finish the mission for him, we wiped at the final boss (wtf?)

Here. I used this axe on my one previous attempt to have a warrior in Tyria, too - it's a questreward for something in Old Ascalon, and it looks good. Fortitude, and extra damage vs. Charr - oh my.
