Noa sent me a PM to tell me that I had the "comments for viewers" option turned off. I enabled that now and you can post your comments to my blog now.

I am not sure if the option was wiped with the last update to the site or if I simply had not turned it on. Perhaps all of you who want, value, or simply like to get comments should check their control panel too.

PS: I was so tempted to put my review of "DungeonSiege" to my fantasy movie recommendations, but decided against it, because it will not fit the list.
However, it is a fine example of how things with potential can go wrong. If you want to see a movie where you can stand up every 5min and shout: "nice idea, badly executed" & "why didn't he do it that way *insert your idea*", this is a movie for a gray and misty afternoon.

Some examples:
Second Unit dierctor Tony Ching (who did Hero & House of the Flying daggers...good films) did choreograph and film many battle scenes. However, the kings personal guard (ninjas) felt completely out of place.
The Krugs, low intelligent goblinoids are controlled by the evil wizard and his extensions of the mind (some sort of ring wraiths). However, we don't see th emagic he weaves for that or the difference it makes if one of those commanders is slain.
"Elves/Dryads" that hang around vines and travel in the trees are a nice idea, but they look too much like Circe de Solei people and don't seem to have any special traits.

Go see it yourself and add to the list...

    Oh god. When I say Jason Stratham (is that him? The Transported/Crank/Snatch guy) I was like "This looks kewl lol"

    Then Uwe Boll's name came up on the screen and I swore I would never watch it.

    I watched Bloodrayne, not knowing who made it, and it was THE WORST TWO HOURS OF MY LIFE. It makes good actors (Michael Madsen, Meatloaf) act like ****. But I guess an actor can only be as good as the script he's given...or the way a director tell 'em to act. -.-;

    I don't think I'm going to watch this Dungeon Siege movie. It looks good, so I'll only end up disappointed.
