None of the folks I play with plays an ER protter, so I figured it would be fun to have one around.

Protting is usually not very boring though, from my Mo/E & Me/Moish point of view.

The guy was lvl 17 or so and still just toying around with Mind Blast (it's like Flare, but it doesn't require a line of sight - OMGOMGOMG!1!!!) and Invoke (meh).
I didn't even get to toying around with ER.

I am planning on wasting that slot on a new monk though.
I already have the outfit (yes, it's going to be pants with tattoos) AND the look (the beard from C3 is SO hot!). Now I just need to come up with a name ...

Ah, fire magic. I can easily see how this would be boring. The only elementalist magic line that I found barely bearable was air magic; the rest is just a snore-fest.

Actually, Mind blast is one of my all-time favourite elites, but I just wasn't feeling it.
I guess if I want to do some massive caster damage I can always play my mesmer.

Or maybe it just wasn't the right time. Maybe I'll be more into an ele once I max my Kurzick and move back to the Luxon side in FA.
