I use Chocking Gas and Incendiary Arrows with Tiger's Fury for extra attack speed. I also bring Distracting shot to hit key skills like res signet.

Actually the rate of fire of the bow doesn't matter for these skills for they are used like a spell and take what ever time the activation time is. For example Distracting Shot takes 1/2 a sec to use...

I have to agree with Aire because IWAY is a retarded team build. I'll admit the build did well when it first came out only because no one expected it, knew how it worked, and who to take out first...

Well from what I know all users only use TS when we do PvP or GvG. I don't think anyone uses it just to chat with one another.

I can see it so it's seems that it's fine now.
