I think the buff to everybodies underwater skills are because of one of the fractal dungeons taking place underwater. Not to mention for most professions underwater skills are not very well thought...

I have to agree that this patch was pretty underwhelming. The underwater changes I guess are nice but tbh I avoid underwater combat like the plague.

Glad to see that I'm not going entirely mad yet.

A key binding to switch between passive and aggressive would be nice too now that I think about it. I don't think there is an option to bind it right now.
