Basically, you will be able to get masters on any mission with 2 good MM's in the team.

Some missions are fun to blast through, such as naphui but others can just a pain. I way prefered the Ch1...

Agreed, although I've got a couple of elite mission greens it's always seemed unfair that only 3 people get them, esp after the whole team has put in 3-5 hours of effort. At least give people a title...

I wrote a walkthru for Urgoz from a mesmer perspective last week. It's not a complete build by profession one(that would take forever) but I hope it helps....

All ranger items, 15>50 Req 9, 20/20 sundering with 30 Health. There is

Echo will do just as well, I prefer GoR as I can map a single key to the interupt.

Ineptitude was very useful against the large mobs of Dredge and Wardens, esp with weakness and epidemic, Although it help with urgoz's bow attacks the loss of flexibility gained by GoR somewhat...

With so many mobs, so close together snared by traps and wards a smite build works pretty well.
