I was looking over the GWO Alliance and it didn't seem like there was an oceanic guild. If there is demand for it I would be happy to provide my guild as an oceanic guild. We are very small mind you...

As it stands if I get downed underwater I will usually just give up. I am completely powerless to do anything except a bit of extra damage, if I get downed in PvP the opponent is most likely not...

Absolutely this a thousand times. I think what really makes underwater combat so lacking is the absence of combos. I would also suggest Tidalwave (water #5) as a leap finisher as you 'dart' forward...
