Hello, then :D
My first encounter with Guild Wars was in the December BWE, and got instantly hooked.... I stumbled upon gwonline shortly after, and have been hanging around on these forums since.
Hey im new
just thought i would pop in here... i first found about GW last year at E3 but i didnt have time to download and try it and then i forgot about GW for awhile because i moved from South Africa to New Zealand i didnt have a pc... now that i finally got a pc I am wanting to pre-order GW(gotto get the money :P)

Guess I'll jump on the bandwagon. :) I'm Shaylith, known as Xiu Lian (and several other names, but they'll be changing) in-game. I used to play EQ years go and had the usual problems with it, KSing, camping, that monthly fee...my whole family played once and now only my mom does. But then she turned us on to Guild Wars. I started playing in the Jan beta and have been hooked ever since. ;)
I'm an avid gamer girl and some of my faves are Morrowind, Gothic II, KotOR (not II :P), and so on. In RL I'm almost 25 and getting my MA in TESL. I also teach freshman English. Joy. :P I found this community through the official website and have found it the most comprehensive as far as news and interesting tidbits, and these forums the most lively and friendly bunch. My friends always wonder where I get all this information. Glad to be part of such a great community! Aaaand shutting up now. :)

I'm a 16 year old(17 this june), studying in some Junior College in Singapore. Addicted to Guild Wars since E34E... You can usually find me hanging around GameFAQ's forum, Marubaku forum and a few other guildwars fansite forum.

Nope, I'm American. :p But I tend to match my names to my characters. My mesmer has a Gaelic name, my monk has a Chinese name, etc. :) Xiu Lian supposedly means Elegant Lotus, but I'm sure I've mangled it in a typically American way. :DOriginally Posted by Ratix0

Well, i'm Aire - contrary to popular belief i'm not female :)
I'm from the UK and currently studying for my exams - taking Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Further Mathmatics next year :)
I'm also obsessed with casters :) and make builds for them, so if you ever need help just pm me.
Oh, and I also like Star Trek, but I can't name much about it.....

Been playing since (late sunday of) the WPE, got hooked and pre-ordered. Been in every BWE since. Joined GWOnline whenever it says over there<--- (don't exactly remember and didn't bother to look). I am a member of GWO Guild, and really like the community here. Hope to see you all in game.
