Pre-Order Items Still appear to be bugged

Still didn't receive one of my pre-order items after the "fix". Then I stored my remaining items in storage and now they have disappeared alltogether.....

I had this EXACT same problem. I will be sending a support question somethime tonight to find out the official answer.

Yeah all my preorder stuff is missing also. Not that I had much but still, it's missing. :confused:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Guild Wars Support. We are aware of the issue and are currently planning to introduce a new command (example: /retrieve) that will allow you to retrieve the special item at any time throughout the life of your account. This means that even if you have lost it or deleted it for any reason you will be able to type this command in and receive the special item again. We expect to have this command in the game in the next 24 hours and are really pleased to be able to bring this to you.
Also if you are having problems with some of your special items not being customized to the character they are on, this will also be fixed in the next 24 hours as well. If you have any further questions about this or any other issue you might be having please do not hesitate to ask.

That's good to hear. Somehow, my Ithas bow got customized for my E/N. I used it with him in presear because it was better than starter weapons and now I can't use it on my Mo/R... which is who I intended it for. And I used it first with the Mo/R.

So, I wonder. If I delete it, will I be able to use this retrieve command to get it back uncustomized?

[edit]- Oddness... I logged in with my N/Me (still in presear) and the Ithas bow shows up in her pack as customized for her. But, if I log in with my Mo/R it shows as customized for the E/N. :confused:

Hopefully they'll fix this soon, my shield went missing from the Storage for my Warrior and I'd really like it back now that I can use it. :(

Don't slap me cause I know this is off the subject a bit, but please tell me where you get "storage"? I'm very new to game and am constantly having "inventory full" with no merchant nearby. I can't find any mention of storage or bank in my readings,so far. :(

Your preorder item shows up on every character you create on your account. So if u make a pvp character, it will have an ithas bow, even if it isnt a ranger.
