Is there any chance to have some sort of macro or script for fast weapon swapping instead of drag em through interface?

The first 4 function keys will allow you to 'fast swap' to (4) different weapon sets. To set up the fast swap weapon sets, you have to use the 'bubbles' in the bottom left hand corner. Drag the items you intend to 'set up' into the bubbles and in future you can use either your function keys or physically click on the bubble to change weapon sets.

First you need to turn on those bubbles by going to your inventory (I) and clicking "Weapon Sets" in your paperdoll :)
