    My Warrior/Monk Build...Comments welcome

I never played in any of the BWE's so i am rather new to the game but i feel i am starting to understand it more as i research and play more. here is my current W/MO build for pvp tell me what u think.

    Level 20.

    Attribute points used 196/200

    Healing players: 10
    Strength: 8
    Swordmenship: 11
    Tactics: 8

    Skills used:

    Sever Artery
    Gash
    Final Thrust
    Pure Strike
    Healing Signet
    (Dont know)
    Healing Breeze
    Rez Signet

Im stuck on what to put as my last skill, i dont know if i should maybe put mending, Vigorious Spirit or what.

Also Should i switch out pure strike with Galraths Slash. Reason i dont have it so far is because i want at least 1 energy based Attack so im not solely reason on adreniline.

    Equipment i use:

Full Knight Set, With +1 swordmenship helmet
15-22 Barbed Long Sword of Fortitude (Lengthens Bleed duration on Foe, +24 Life)
Aegis Shield (16 armor, +18 to life)

Ok thats about it, thanks for any comments and critiques

ok, 1 u dont need heal sig since you're secondary monk, and you can take better healing spells. 2 take res not res sig. pure strike's alright, but galrath slash is better. other than that, its good. good weapon and sheild u got yourself there.

It really depends, rez signet is a GREAT skill in the tombs. everytime you get a moral boost all your skill are recharged, even signets.

It really depends where you want to play.

I'd say be careful about your energy use. Heal signet might be good if you want if you don't want to have to worry about using energy and your tactics is high.

My personal preference is to use mending over healing breeze, it also ensures that my health will slowly increase over time and I wont have to worry about being low on life and low on health. I use energy to give me adrenalin so that I can kick ***, pulling energy away to heal takes away from that. You can still use healing stuff if you want but be very carefull.

But in a pvp fight will u honestly have more thne 3-4 seconds to cast a res on a fallen comrade? i take it in pvp because of the 2 second cast time. Though i can only use it once.

I also use healing signet because it doesnt cost me any mana and i can get a quick +100 life if i need it.

What better heals are out there? i am thinking about maybe putting in mending but with all the hexs that will be thrown my way i think it may end up gimping me in the energy department, with healing breeze i get a quick 7 pipes and it can quickly over come those nastly hexs. But i dunno.

ALso about galraths..it takes a bit to charge that up, i like to use pure strike as one of my base attacks to put out damage and also boost up my adreniline, i guess imo without it all ill be doing is hack and lash till i get enough adren to use it without actually doing any damage till then.

Personally I would really recommend a complete overhaul... essentially you have the same build as every other Sword using Warrior/Monk out there (and trust me there are a LOT of them) the same skills that everyone hangs on to to counter act those people are going to be the same skills that counter act you. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad build or else it wouldn't be so popular, the problem comes from popular builds developing popular Defenses. If you really want to be successfull the trick isn't to find a single build, but to find a unique team build something that relies on a totally different strategy than everyone else uses, each persons individual build may be weaker than any enemies build, but the strength comes in the uniqueness and combination of everyones skills to defeat the other team while they are wondering what the heck all your people are up to.

Sword/shield builds are nice but I like to just be a bit different and stick with a hammer or blunt two handed

    lvl 11 warrior/monk

Pretty much the same things you guys have. The spells i use the most are

Hammer Bash (sp) This is great in pvp if some magician is trying to cast a spell. If you hammer bash them it cancels their previous act and before they know it they are toast. Although the sword skills of gash and such are very good....

Endure pain This one is nice because when you are about to die you can get 200 extra hit points for nine seconds and hopefully finish a job you started

The spell that cuts damage received in half. This is a very very important skill. One of the most important ones a warrior monk can have IMO. Besides your main weapon (i dont need tactics since I dont use shield) it is good to build this up as much as you can.

Those are pretty much my three staples. There are other ones I use while fighting enemies but in PvP I find these the most useful for my level.
