None. For my shields I use strength. TBH there is no need unless you are a diehard stancer.

I was thinking of a tactics build with
thrill of victory
desperate blow
shield stance
healing signet
and any other good tactic skills.

If you rely on healing signet for heals, its vital.

I have 11 tactics, 122 heals.
