Adept/Masters set

Does the Adept/Master armor set still exist?

I've seen a couple people walking around with it, but none of them have responded when prodded. All the people I've seen with it have been <20, so I suspect there's only one place to buy it and it's not the endgame.

Anyone seen it?

Thats not adept set garzahd. Thats a set which you get when you trade item for armor at collectors.
