I have a back pack, belt pouch and a bag for storage. How do I get the other bag for storage? Where do I buy it?

If you already have one bag then simply purchase another one from the same place :). Many merchants and some warmasters also sell them at outposts, just keep an eye out. Its the same process. If you want to extend the storage space in the bag then you will need to buy a 'rune of holding' for 500 gold.
