I apologize if there's already a thread about this and I'm not sure if the NCsoft people already know about this or not.
The player orientation gets messed up and this is the second time that it has happened.

Thanx for the insightful explanation.
When the orientation got messed up for the first time, my character was parallel to the ground. So I guess that messes up your "on a hill" theory.
If you would take notice ... the character to my upper right is on a slant too. But y'kno, thanx for the constructive replies.
And notice how Prince Rurik has a gap between his right foot and its shadow.

no, really, the ground in that spot IS severely tilted, and i honestly don't see anything wrong with those screenshots.
