Hello. First post but been playing GW two weeks. I did not play beta.

First question:
You see the broadcasting of the guild that won in the Hall of Heros. How do you get there? I heard a rumor that if you go to the temple outpost where there are statues and you give the NPC next to Balthasar 1000 gold then he will take you to hell. If you fight through there then you can get to the Tomb of Heros which is somehow connected to the Hall of Heros. Is any of this correct?

Second Question:
Guild halls. What do you do with them? My guild is trying desperately like other guilds to get a sigil. When we have one do we arrange pvp combat vs other guilds with it somehow? Is it just a private instance?

Third Question:
How do I get a rank or fame under my heros profile? Does this somehow come into play with question 2?

Fourth Question:
Understand that I have not completed all the story line plot missions yet but when I do will there be higher end secret zones like in question 1? Does anyone have a list of them or some suggestions of crazy zones to try?

to answer question 2:
when you have a guild hall, you can travel there with map travel
when you are there you see a few henchies and like when going on mission you see a similar button stating start guild war
so just invite other clan members in your guild hall and press start battle then you can choose to challenge a certain clan or do random clan battles

Good questions. I'd also like to know these answers. I've completed the Hell's Precipice mission and I'm wondering what do I do next? I have the Temple of Ages mapped, but I can't figure out what to do there. There's no mission and none of the NPCs offer any quests that I can tell.

I have heard of the Underworld and I figured that was the next step in progression, but how do I get there?

As long as your country has the favor of the gods (via PvP-I'm sure you've seen the messages a hundred times), when you go into the Temple of the Ages you will see ghost-looking things that you can give 1PP (1000GP) to and get transported to Underworld or the Fissure. It will be extremely obvious what you need to do if you go to the Temple while your country has favor.

Can you tell me about it some? Is this like ridiculous hard. Where does the Fissure/Hell take you exactly? Is it a mission/quest related for skills/pts/gear or does this lead somewhere in the pvp progression towards Hall of Heros?

I'm only level 16, so I haven't been in, just to Temple of the Ages-I accidently popped into Fissure last night-everything in sight was level 24 or 28. I actually managed to Sprint past a few mobs and live, but I got trapped in a corner not long after and lasted about, oh, 5 seconds against three at the same time.

The Hall of Heros is a Pvp area which is at the top rung of the Tomb of Primeval Kings tournament. When you enter the tomb, you need to win multiple pvp matches in a row to gain access to the Hall. The tomb of primevial kings is accessable upon completion of the ascention in the crystal desert. Upon winning the Hall of Heros, you gain 1 Celestial Sigial, which is used to buy a guild hall. Guild halls offer the ability to play guild battles and have a meeting place for guilds. Fame is gained for each pvp battle you win (non pick-up games). The game will indicate when you gain fame after you win. There are 2 "extra" explorable areas/zones in Guild wars, the Underworld and the Fissure of Woe. Both are accessable through the Temple of Ages and both cost 1000g to enter, however you can only enter when your world has "favor". These places are extremely difficult but very rewarding; the best items in the game are found here.

ps. Unless someone else is paying, dont throw your money away for a ticket to the Underworld or Fissure with a poorly balanced/ill-equipped/underleveled team.
