Does Divine Boon work with Healing Seed?

Should be simple, does divine boon work with healing seed? If so, does that mean allies are virtually impenetrable with this combo, (provided nobody casts remove hex)? - seems a little powerful to me, it would be nice if someone could clear this up..

The Divine Boon bonus is only applied on the initial casting of it, not when it triggers each time following.
