Quested Skills - What you can get and where you can get it (includes Mesmer too)

Searching for this info myself, I didn't find much helpful in the thread, so I've just recently started keeping track.

This includes Mesmer skills too as I'm an E/Me. Elementalist skills are designated with an *.

The top of each grouping indicates where you get the quest. Underneath lists what skill you get and who gives you the quest. If there's a second name after a slash, you have to go to that character to complete the quest.
