the thing about wolfs in post-searing

hey whatsup everyone. i got the game a few weeks ago, didnt have much time to play cuz of school work, so im still a lvl 9 R/N running around mindlessly :D . i tamed a wolf outside of abbey village in pre(or w/e its called) because theyre soo damn cool yesterday i give it to the tamer so i can get a stalker for some stupid quest(and i cant even find the stalker :( ) but from looking around in this forum, i realized that...that there might not be a wolf in post-searing , is that true? or is it just my mistake, if there is a wolf, where is it?

Don't worry there are wolves in post-searing. First place to get one is just outside Yak's Bend. :happy34:

but why not get the melandru's stalker first, give that to a tamer and then get another wolf?? ;)

I also have a question about wolves, are there any snow wolfs past searing too?? cuz I would really like one :D

Yes, I think there are snow wolves. I'm pretty sure I saw one or two on my way to Icetooth Cave.

I got rid of a wolf to get Melandru's Stalker also. I got it up to a lvl 9 and got rid of it for another wolf. Got the wolf up to lvl 4 before crossing over to post-seering. Now we are R/Mo12 and Wolf11. Snow Wolves are in the winter mountains on the way to Ice Tooth Cave. They can be gotten if you want, but they look the same to me so I kept the one I had.

awsome:D!!whats the difference between wolf and snow wolf? i always thought snow wolfs are just wolfs after lvl 10 or 15

Snow Wolfs are available immediately outside of Yak's Bend...that's where I got mine.

I have since gotten rid of it and acquired a bear though...he's slow but powerful...
