Has anyone recently found Migraine?

I just got to Fire Island and was wondering when I was gonna be able to get to Migraine.

in the Ring of Fire mission theres a boss named Pytt Spitespew.. he has it, i havnt gotten it myself yet but i've heard it from a few sources

You can indeed obtain Migraine from Ring of Fire from Pytt Spitespew. It spawns in 2 locations See:
