Bloodstained Boots

So I made a necro and I got him all nice and ascended. I check the armour man in droknar's, and buy what i believe to be pretty nifty boots, the Bloodstained variety. Not only they look cool, but they supposedly shorten casting time on spells targetting corpses.

This sounds great, but I go and try it and the time seems exactly the same. I tested against stone summit gnashers who summon bone fiends. i raced them tonnes to see who could summon first. I had the exact same outcomes with the blood boots and regular boots. The bonus of faster casting seemed to not work.

I know the warrior stonefist gauntlets work as I have a finished w/r already, and the gauntlets do really help with knockdown time. But are the boots really not working?

I got a pair of these yesterday & I really found no noticible increase in casting speed (at one point I could have sworn the speed actually slowed down a bit, but it was probably just a side effect of my over-anticipation of increased casting speed.) Maybe this will be fixed in a future patch; one can only hope.

Been wearing them for a while. No diff as far as I'm concerned. It's all the same. If it is faster it is not by a noticeble ammount.
