Is there a staff like this in PvE?

If you make a PvP char there is such an item. I want to know if there is one to be found on the PvE side.

Yes there is. Your best chance of getting it would be from a collector.

Do you know where this collector is. I keep getting there is only 20/20 to divine. I keep putting wtb but no one has produced this item for me.

No there isn't. I am 95% sure there is no collector for this, and if there IS, he is so well hidden that no one has found it yet.

I've gotten such items from simply looting. I IDed a 20%/20% Divine Favor off-hand item the other day. I know for a fact I've also seen 20%/20% Healing Prayers off-hand items sell in LA. I'd assume a staff could also be found in pve.

According to my notes, Kraviec the Cursed in Vulture Drifts trades 5 iridescent griffin wings and Mourn Drakespur in Skyward Reach trades 5 dessicated hydra claws for Healing ankh. One of these adds Energy, with -1 Energy Regen and +30 health, while the other gives max stats, I think. Not sure which is which. If neither of those give the appropriate Healing Ankh, there may be a collector in the Shiverpeaks (gonna have to do some searches again).

We're not talking about healing ankhs. We're talking about what would be the perfect healing monk weapon: A holy staff that gives +10 Energy, 20% chance of faster casting with healing prayers, 20% chance faster recharge with healing prayers, and requires healing prayers. It seems like the programmers forgot to put a collector for this in the game.
