how do I call out who Im attacking in battle

When I go out with a group for a mission, people always call out who they are attacking or what skill they are using. How do they do that???

when you have enemy targeted, ctrl + space

I think you can press only T.

ctrl+space is what you use to call out, T is what you use to target the called out enemy.
