15k Ranger Armor pictures

I got a small request... Since all of the male fow armors pictures are of pretty low quality, I was thinking if someone could post a big size one where they are outside so that I can see it in full quality and see the small details?

and this ENTIRE thread just prooves my theory...

WHY does anet put more love into the female armors...?
THIS is the reason why so many male play female characters... they just look much better!

as soon as I get my FoW... I'll try with insane dye mixes before prolly ending up using a black or black+silver dye :/

Well, I could of sworn I left a link to a high-res pic of my ranger in his armor, but anyway... here ya go. Very nearly at the 1Mb size limit for Imageshack.

(FoW except the pants on Darius, those are 15k Grottoe druids. Think it makes a strong case for colors other than black.)

lol well except the last one. i looked like a clown with it dyed the g+b+s way so i made it black... when in doubt use black! hahah

Very exquisite collection. And you seem to be highly unique, as I've only heard individuals getting FoW in the Druids format. Awesome on the Drakes!

I will have to get some photos up of my 15k Studded and Frostbound...and, within a few more weeks [hopefully] FoW!

I always appreciate a ranger who has Frostbound/Fur-lined...because I can't stand seeing a ranger in the Shivs without it! And, I feel bad for the other professions [less warrior, whom can buy the ascalon armor - decent fur/cold protection] who have to tough it out without warm armor! Female mesmer FTL.

In response to keydet, nice FOW. I had mine dyed silver for about 4 weeks, but now it's black. Looks great both ways :)

Thanks Voldy, and you're welcome Avoc. I'd still love to see a nice dark blue and/or bright gold color on the fissure armor. (And get the dye recipe...)

Well, since I was home sick today and had a few extra platinum on my character for a change. I started messing around with dye mixes.

Found out that purple+silver+blue+blue makes a nice denim (think blue jeans) color. At least on the pants for the 15k grottoe druids armor.



I tried the same mix on the fissure top, was darker and slightly (but noticably) more purple.

Figured someone might like the way that looks. Enjoy.
