Is this armor still in the game?

It's noted on the armory on this site. I was wondering if anyone's seen it in-game, and if there are screenshots (retail, not beta)

This is the Chainmail armor, listed on the crafter page but without a picture. The Wyvern armor that it's supposed to represent looks much different. I believe it's first available at Ventari's Refuge.

(not 100% certain, as I didn't use it)

Just checking quickly with my Warrior, it is available at Lion's Arch. (Though I would highly recommend waiting until Ventari's until getting your armor, unless you have an incredible amount of money to spend on the Desert armor.) Chainmail is first available at the Henge of Denravi, but I never really liked its look, anyways. Too plain.

I meant Chainmail was first available at Ventari's, not Wyvern. I know that Wyvern's available in Lion's Arch, I used it for a bit. My wording was unclear. ;>

Either way, though, it appears I was incorrect. Mea culpa maxima culpa.

    Yes it is.

Unfortunately, the last place it's available is Amnoon Oasis in 71 AL. I kept it anyhow because I think it's one of the nicer looking female warrior armors. It's what my warrior here wears when she's exploring in the desert. I keep a set of Ascalon armor for her for the Shiverpeaks and when I want 80 AL.

BTW, with the dark leather trim pieces on this armor, the Ascalon helm looks good with it, too.

And, yes... gwonline could stand to update a few things.

I just checked... it's available at Ventari's. Same AL as Denravi, 65.

thanks for the info, I really just wanted it for the helmet.

But yeah, it's too bad that the strongest one is in the desert at 71. It'd be nice if there was one available at 80-85

Albeit an armor with a skirt instead of full leg-protection, this one has at least some decent upper body protection. :D

Doesn't the pre-searing collector's armour look exactly like this?

    Nope. :)

    Here's the collector armor:

...minus the hat, of course, as this was taken pre-searing.
