How do I move things in the HUD?

I've seen screenshots of things like people's minimaps at the bottom of the screen and vertical skillbars...

Could anyone enlighten me as to how this is done?

I don't have guild wars open but there is a button on that, that will allow you to change your stuff around.

I don't use the menu button much at all (I use all hotkeys) so I didn't think to look there.

hmm how do you remove the Party window when your in town....

Press "P"? Maybe its not possible in town, but why should it matter? Pull the edge so it becomes only a sliver if it does bother you much.
