Question: Rolls of Vellum

I did a search through this forum for Vellum, but didn't find any posts that told me where I can get vellum made... I have found material NPCs that have done it before, but I can't for the life of me remember where...

Can someone enlighten me as to where to find them?

Nah, hes talking about the 15k material crafter. Theres one in the desert, but hes way to hard to find. Go to droknars forge and go out into talus shoot. Just keep going north untill you find a little house. There should be a crafter and a collector there.
