And there's one that's YET to be covered that is really annoying me.

I always though this meant Please Send Trader, but that makes no sense seeing as how many people use it for other reasons.

"nerf" doesn't mean fix; it means to gimp, retard, etc.l fix to make it worse, at least from one perspective.
It comes from the Nerf(R) company. They make dangerous things like guns, swords, etc. completely harmless. A nerf does the same thing- gimps an aspect of the game, to make it useless, harmless, or otherwise worse than before (from thatplayers perspective).
