Dual Necro Stacking Questions

This is my first post and I hope you can help.

If 2 necros attack the same target with any of the following skills do they stack or just counteract one another?

Life Siphon
Parasitic bond
Suffering
Bleeding
Poison
Malign Intervention
Rotting flesh

Thanks for the link but i've been there what I want to know is if I cast any of the listed skills and a second player in my team cast the same spells on the same target does the damage or degen stack

eg we both cast suffering on the same target does the degen double or one overwrite the over

I dont think it does since those r hexes and conditions, is like casting shadow of fear on target from 2 different necros, all it'll do is refresh the timer of the hex, it wont do a "double degen"

Hexes cancel eachother out.

Have you ever seen thesame hex on yourself twice? I think not...
