Err... Gas prices here in NB have reached a all time high - 1.43$ per liter! We also have the biggest gas refinery on the coast so it beggs to wonder why it's higher here than in almost any-other place

So, while we're on petrol prices. All-time high here as well reaching the 97 pence average o_0 Thankfulyl I'm not fueling any cars currently.

Well were not all PALs, just most of us :p .

I couldnt imagine how bad it would be if I had to commute a long distance to work. The amount Id have to spend on gas would kill me.

Well I AM going to have to have a long regular commute to uni when it starts up...hour and a half there, same back. Thankfully train tickets are fairly cheap so the price of petrol won't really effect me until I decide to drive somewhere (heaven forbid, I mentally put point marks on pedestrians, cars, bikes etc while I'm in the passenger seat :lol: )

I work in downtown Minneapolis but live in one of the northern suburbs. Now if I wanted to drive to work and park downtown, it would cost me a minimum of $9 bucks per day to park there. No way in hell. Thankfully my work has a program for commuters to use the bus system for cheap.

Train pass (cheap tickets) and a bus pass (free bus) for me most likely. Its £20 a year for the train pass and not much for the bus pass so I'm getting my trips extremely cheaply. One thing you've really got to like about this country is the ability to get such cheap travel, oh and then there's the NHS for free medical care :p

I remember how mad I was when gas hit $2.60 a couple weeks ago this is just ridiculous now. I drive an old explorer that gets 12-14 MPG tops driving around town, so I don't plan on driving anywhere for the next couple weeks. At least I'll get more exercise now...
