Tiberian Sun was a complete kick-arse game. I still play it every now and then. But c'mon, Brotherhood of Nod > GDI anyday. Plus Kane was awesome. :D


And yeah I think its already out. Id buy it if I didnt already own all of them. :D

I went through a phase of GDI then Nod and back to GDI. Nod were just to weak unless you rushed generally. Where-as GDI I had the fun of firewalling the enemy base (yes I've done this, thank you engineer's and a wall ready to place down +charged :) ) Also how can you not like Titans and disc throwers? If you positioned the disc throweres correctly they had a range equal to an artilitries.

and the always fun ion cannon ontop of a full harvester that's emptying into the refinery = insta death to buildings near it. Same goes for harvester bombs via orca carrier :) Fun Times!

Fear the stealth that went AWOL upon me dropping infrantry in the fray? Or the banshee's that'd die in 3 rocktes? :p Yeh Nod were fun, but the whole defence of the stealth generator got on my nerves because it made so much noise you could spot the base pretty easily. That and underground units could be forced to service at specifc points of a base by the nemey (take my fire wall setup for example which could be duplicated by using concrete..)

A line of tick-tanks with a stealth generator and artillery behind them was always a huge laugh though.

Soooo, I've got a cold...I'm losing my voice...and I have a two-three hour journey home sometime today when I can muster the strength...

Thats no fun. I havent gotten sick yet but theres a flu going around my department at work so its just a matter of time. I think I'll lock myself in my office and not let anybody in.... :uhhuh:

I haven't been sick in a while, but I've definitely called in "sick and tired" of work. One week left until an extended 10 day holiday though!

I'm usually alright and pretty resilliant to anything that can get me ill but the past few weeks I've had no time to rest due to university everyday mon-fri and then 10 hour shifts sat+sun. So I've had no day's off to rest which must've knocked my barriers down or something. :hanky:

What's worse is my temperature keeps jumping from hot to cold. One minute I've got the window open and i'm sitting here topless the next i'm wrapped up in 5 fleece covers and sittign on the radiator... Oh well, i'm gonna get something to eat, pack my things up (hopefully be able to fit all the important stuff in my bag as I've broken up from uni for 3 weeks now) and then head back to an empty house. That's right, I'm house/cat sitting over christmas cause my mom and step dad have gone to america....*sigh* Least the other half of the families here i guess ^^

Ya see Zero? I told ya you would be able to make it to 5000 posts by Christmas. As I am typing this you are currently about 55 posts away. It would probably take you up until the middle of tomorrow or Sunday to reach that mark but since you haven't been feeling too well lately, it might even get stretched on out to Monday afternoon. Check back in the PAL forums for the proof( I think it is in the post where you surpassed the 4000 mark if I remember correctly.) :howdy:

Indeed it was in the PAL thread. Originally the OT forum got me from 700 to 2k then the PAL, guild and ranger forum to 3k, PAL, ranger to 4k and now over the past week the PAL and every other OT thread alive :p

With me being ill it might actually shorten the duration, I've decided I'll be calling work tomorrow Ill, there's no way I'll live through a 10 1/2 hour shift on a saturday in this condition. This means more posting, however it also means I have to wake up when I'm supposed to be starting work to tell them I won't be arriving....Here's hoping 3 alarms can get me out of an Ill induced slumber.

I'm feeling a little more comforted now I'm back home and have my cat on me. Seem's his missed me as much as I have him :p
