I'm looking for a pvp guild that is at least decent. You guys have to GvG a lot.

I've only played for the past two months and I've been guildless for a few weeks... so I've been stuck doing 4v4 which is getting really old. HoH would be fine, but I always get stuck in PUGS and what point is there wasting 2 hours in HoH trying to find a good group when I could go to random arena and earn a few thousand faction?

My Rank is 1 in HoH, but I have 100k+ faction earned.

Monk is fully unlocked.
Mesmer has all but 7 skills unlocked.
Necro has 70% skills unlocked.
Warrior/Ranger, 30% skills unlocked.

Guilds need not apply that:
1. Bring henchmen to GvG.
2. GvG only once or twice in a week when they have enough members to do more.
3. Will only run one or two team builds.
4. Are immature.

Guilds which earn specialty for me are those that:
1. Are not afraid to lose a match by experimenting.
2. Continue to discover the intricacies of classes.
3. Create their own builds.
4. Are friendly.
